Charles DALANG works on gravitational wave physics and cosmology.
He earned his PhD in 2022 in the Cosmology and Astroparticle Theory group at the University of Geneva and has since been a postdoctoral researcher at Queen Mary University of London and at the Institute of Cosmology and Gravitation, University of Portsmouth. His research focuses on how gravitational waves propagating over cosmological distances can be used to test gravity, astrophysics, and cosmology. He has also worked on a range of related topics, including strong gravitational lensing, extensions of general relativity, tests of the cosmological principle, and the application of large-scale structure techniques to gravitational-wave cosmology.
