I obtained my PhD in 2023 at UC Santa Barbara under the supervision of David Berenstein, followed by a postdoctoral position at Trinity College Dublin in the group of Marius de Leeuw. One of the driving ideas behind my work is the AdS/CFT correspondence and more generally the connection between large N gauge theories and quantum gravity. A key question is to understand the emergence of geometry from systems with large numbers of degrees of freedom. Previously I have worked on nonperturbative approaches to defect conformal field theories, particularly those connected with integrable models, and in developing techniques for computing protected correlation functions in holography. More recently I have also been interested by integrable systems with long and medium range interactions, such as spin systems with categorical symmetries.
