When you or your guests arrive

Go to visit the HR department

The reception of newcomers or visitors is done by the HR department. The latter will indicate your office, create your e-mail account, request a multifunction card from the ENS (giving access to the department’s buildings and some of the ENS buildings, the canteen, etc.).

Contact your Prevention Assistant (PA)

Introduce your visitors to their AP correspondent.
